The heating elements are designed for vertical mounting in galvanizing baths for zincifying, oxidation, phosphate treatment, electrolytic degreasing, water heating, etc. with a maximal temperature of the heated solution up to 150 °С.
The heating elements is designed as a plugged seamless stainless steel tube of the size 51х2 mm, tightly sealed in the upper end with a removable plastic cap. In the tube there is a firmly fitted special heating element, which is electrically connected to the power cord of the heater.
The use of suitable electric resistance alloys of Kanthal, high quality insulating materials for the heating element and innovative technological solutions provide for the reliable work of the heater.
