Drying Furnaces

Applications

Drying furnaces and chambers are designed for drying of various materials and products at temperatures up to 300 ° C. According to their purpose are:

  • Industrial drying furnaces;
  • Drying furnaces for wood chips;
  • Drying cabinets.

Construction

The casing is made of sheet and structural steel. It can be produced of thermal panels and structural steel.
Thermal insulation of the drying furnace is made of a chemically inert insulating thermoforming ultra light-weight plates arranged in a certain way and design of reinforcement and adhesion.
The heating elements are arranged regularly along the two side walls of the heating chamber and are separated from the working space with a removable metal screens.
In the drying furnace are used cartridge type or tubular electrical heaters.
Control of the temperature is carried out by a microprocessor programmable PID – thermal regulator, perceiving signal directly from a standard thermocouple, located in appropriate location in the furnace chamber.
Electrical switchboards are designed for power and control of the furnace with operating voltage according to the design and the control of the thermal processes. The electrical switchboards provide appropriate control and protection of the circuits and automation, providing the required security.
The electrical resistance furnaces and respectively the switchboards for powering and management work with three-phase mains voltage (380 V) – to power the load chain and 250 V for control circuits (command and protective circuits related to the safety).
Available furnaces of this type are made in accordance with the technical assignment of the client and in accordance with the requirements of the technology for heat treatment of the products.
